If the fee has already been paid, it cannot be refunded. The participation fee must be paid even if you do not attend the event, provided that cancellation was not made by the specified deadline.

On-site registration is possible; however, in this case, participation is subject to a fee for everyone, which must be paid at the time of registration on-site, and the conditions that provide for free admission during advance registration do not apply.
Advance registration is available until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Please note that if the venue reaches capacity, we may close registration earlier than the specified deadline; therefore, we recommend that you register as soon as possible!
We can only accept registrations sent from an official corporate or institutional email address of the represented company or institution. Registrations sent from private email addresses will be automatically rejected. Simply filling out the form does not guarantee automatic registration!
Yes. The catering portion of the ticket price will also be shown on the invoice.
We will send an electronic pro forma invoice to the email address provided during registration regarding the payment request. After the event, we will issue and send a final electronic invoice to the email address provided.
The Infoparlament Conference will be held at the Hungarian House of Music. You can find information on the easiest way to get there and parking in the “Venue” section.
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or credit card during the registration process.

The participation fee (HUF 139,000 + VAT) is payable by the following types of entities: limited liability companies (Kft.), public limited companies (Zrt.), limited partnerships (Bt.), public limited companies (Nyrt.), sole proprietorships, and certain non-profit organizations (the obligation to pay the fee is independent of the sponsoring institution, so it applies even to state-owned enterprises).
Following successful registration on the website, we will send you an invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer or by credit card via the Barion link provided in the invoice by June 2, 2026, at the latest.
Online registration constitutes an order. Payment of the participation fee in advance is a prerequisite for attending the event.

Participation is free for government officials and civil servants. In this case, all you need to do is fill out the registration form on the website. Once you receive a confirmation email regarding your successful registration, your application has been accepted. The event is also free of charge for civil society organizations whose activities are closely related to the event’s professional content.
For other civil society organizations wishing to participate free of charge, please fill out the registration form available on our website and include a brief introduction. Based on this, our staff will determine whether your organization’s activities align with the event’s professional content and decide how to allocate the available spots for civil society organizations.
Please note that a maximum of 10 people from any given organization may register for free, and these registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional participants may attend the event by purchasing a ticket.
The organizers reserve the right to decline registration if the company or position in question is not relevant to the event.
